His positions included Director of Sales and Zone Vice President.  Prior to that Joel  served as a senior-level executive with George Weston Incorporated he served as a Regional Sales Manager responsible for the States of Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee and the Florida pan handle.

Ed Hager

Ed Hager has 35 years of sales and marketing experience in the food and beverage industry, beginning his business career with Merchants Distributors, Inc. in 1974 as a Director of Grocery Sales. Ed then accepted an assignment with Kimberly Clark Corporation in 1981, where he held many key positions within the company, including Area Manager, National Training Director, Division Training Director, and Sales Associate.

Ed began his career with The Coca-Cola Company in 1987 as an Area Market Development Manager. Ed began to develop his skill as a sales manager throughout the state of Georgia, spending seven years in Coca-Cola’s sales department before becoming the Director of Key Accounts in Atlanta. In 1997 Ed moved into an executive-level position for Coca-Cola.

Ed has spent the last 11 years serving as a senior-level executive. His positions included Vice President of Sales and Marketing Atlanta Division and Vice President and General Manager Michigan Division. After more than 21 years of service, Ed retired from Coca-Cola in December of 2008 as the Vice President of Supermarket Sales for the Atlanta Division of Coca-Cola Enterprises.

Kevin Soles

Kevin Soles has 25 years of sales, marketing, and operation experience in the beverage industry, beginning his business career with Coca Cola in 1986. Kevin started his career in roles that developed key experience in warehouse and logistics knowledge before moving into a customer and sales role in 1990.

As he moved through the Coca Cola System in various roles related to customer sales and market execution, he progressed to a Sales Center Manager role in 1998 that included leading sales and operations teams with responsibilities of growing share and revenue across South Atlanta and Mid Georgia markets.

Kevin has spent the last 10 years serving as a senior-level executive in the Coca Cola system. His positions included Area Vice President of Sales and Operations Atlanta Division, Vice President of Cold Drink Operations Southeast U.S., Vice President of “On Premise” Sales Southeast, Vice President Foodservice Eastern U.S., and most recently the Director of Business Development for the East and Central U.S. Markets.

Pro-Form will become the premier market leader for launching new brands with relevance in either or both the international and domestic markets.  Proform will provide expertise in areas such as market relevance, go to market plans, marketing, sales, and logistic planning to drive consumer demand. Pro-Form’s goal is to be recognized as a key vehicle for taking a concept or idea and bringing to life the business plan needed for a successful launch.
